Hey there. I’m Caitlin (Kat-lynne) and I’ve been a Kenmore resident since 2013. I ran for City Council in 2025 to elevate the local conversation about housing affordability.

I know firsthand how much time and energy it takes to follow local politics and keep tabs on what is happening in Kenmore. I started The Kenmorling to share recaps of our City Council and Planning Commission meetings with the community, since I know not everyone has the time (or desire) to listen to the full meetings. I occasionally write about other city-related topics, often as they relate to housing.

When I’m not blogging about City business, I’m a real estate broker, leatherworker, and mom.
